Advertise themselves as the toughest glass installers around. And you have tip equipment for that etc. For some reason I had to bring my car to you several timesBecause your device said my car has a drive assistance error and that's why you can't change the glass. I took my car to the first nearby garage and their device immediately indicated that the fault was in the heat circuit around the old glass camera. What is wrong with old glass. I didn't do anything else to the car and brought the car back and then it was replaced. Why do you need to run? Better find out what's wrong and replace the glass. When I received the car, the car's class seal was also poorly installed. Seal sometimes wrinkled. I wouldn't say that such a service is plentiful. It is worth if 2.

Nowadays they offered me to change my cars (Volvo) back glass in about 3 weeks? Is this normal? I don't think so. The other company changed it in 48 hours. And this is not my first experience with them. Last time I waited for my front glass about 1,5 months!!!

Had to drop off my car earlier than the appointment for changing my back window and they were able to accommodate me and keep my car indoors in the garage for the weekend while they were shut. Also car battery had died from not using the car while the window was broken and they kindly put the battery to charge.

Make sure to take as many pictures of your car before any windshield replacement you're doing with them because their technicians will chip the paint of your car while removing the trim around the glass and the company will not own their mistake at all.I am forced to contact the Estonian Consumer Protection Agency to solve my issues with them.I would strongly recommend using other services than Carglass.

Dear Carglass,I would like to share my disappointment with the quality of your customer service that I encountered at your Lasnamäe representative office.Unfortunately, the attendant(s) who received me were clearly out of sorts and their attitude was far from professional. When I entered, no one even bothered to say hello, much less, looked at me like what am I doing here at all. Obviously, it was time for my car glass to be replaced!In addition, I was not sent the warranty letter issued by the insurance company with the bill. This document is important for accounting purposes. Since the invoice was sent directly to my accounts, it was paid in full. Now I have to deal with insurance and other parties to resolve the situation, which creates additional worry and inconvenience. To the question of how to proceed, vastatin succinctly “You can ask your insurer for compensation for the net part of the bill. However, the VAT will be returned to you by the tax office." Zero apologies for forgetting to include the warranty letter with the invoice! The Tax Board's talk about the sentence is downright comical. Does the sender of the letter himself also collect taxes or does someone else at the tax office? Embarrassing attitude! It is incomprehensible how a company with such a large advertising budget can afford such a situation, given that this is a daily practice regarding insurance, VAT and paperwork. It seems that it is not written down anywhere within the company, who pays what when, even if it was three times! talk on the spot. Absurd!I commend the Carglass Mustamäe representative office. I have never had such problems at the representative office there. Therefore, I strongly recommend avoiding your Lasnamäe representative office and directing your attention to other representative offices.I hope you will take these observations seriously and make the necessary changes to improve your service.

Not bad for simple stuff, just to change windshield vipers, though did not have the one for rear window, despite all of their commercials. No communication in English. No possibility to change the cracked mirror, you should have your own glass, and they do not bother to much - your problem. Mostly working with enshurance cases and do not bothering themselves with any more serious repairs. Happy by themselves.

I haven't had a crack in my windshield for several years now, and the windshield lasts well, although probably the whole glass should be replaced in the future for safety reasons because of the scratches.

Kasko windshield was replaced. Glue residue on the glass. The mirror in the cabin is loose, the fasteners of the plastic cover of the mirror are broken. Later it turned out that the wiring of the on-board camera was also damaged and then they tried to patch it. Does the glass workshop repair the wires without the customer's knowledge? There was no time or desire to go back there. First and last time!
