Warranty terms and conditions
Windrox OÜ provides replacement and repair services with warranty that is valid until the client transfers the vehicle’s ownership. Windrox OÜ provides all glass with a two-year warranty that includes the following preparation and raw material defects:
- Optics
- Lamination
- Measures and curvature
The warranty for glass and replacement service does not apply first and foremost in the following cases:
- The vehicle’s glass frame is rusty or covered with defective paint or defective varnish
- The glass was broken as a result of mechanical impact
- There is visible mechanical damage or scratch marks on the glass
- The glass was damaged as a result of the vehicle being used outside of its intended scope of use
- The glass damage occurred as a result of vehicle body deformation or manufacturing defects in the vehicle’s body
- The glass damage has occurred on a vehicle that has been involved in a serious accident
- The vehicle is used in racing or training
- The glass damage is a result of normal wear
Windrox OÜ must be notified of the warranty case immediately, but no later than within 2 months of learning about the warranty case.

In addition to the rights arising from the warranty conditions described above, consumers also have other rights arising from the law.
The complaint can also be addressed to the court or the Consumer Complaints Commission.
