We need the following information to properly register Casco* insured events.
The notifier of the loss event should submit the following information:
- first name and surname
- phone number
- e-mail address
- personal identification code
- vehicle registration number
- time and location of the loss event
- what type of glass damage (chip, crack)
- which part of the glass is damaged
- the name of the insurance company where the car is insured
*If your vehicle is not covered by Casco, only basic contact information and car registration number will be sufficient.

The execution time of the glass work depends on the following:
- the availability of the suitable replacement glass in stock
- available appointment times at Carglass® workshops
- how fast the insurance company responds
- how quickly you respond to our offer
- the date and time that suits you
*We take into consideration your wishes regarding the time of execution of the work; if possible we propose alternative solutions and other nearest workshops for the execution of the work.
