If I could, I wouldn't put any stars. Very unpleasant experience, will be my first and last visit to Carglass. Helen, the customer service representative, has major shortcomings in her communication skills.

Not bad for simple stuff, just to change windshield vipers, though did not have the one for rear window, despite all of their commercials. No communication in English. No possibility to change the cracked mirror, you should have your own glass, and they do not bother to much - your problem. Mostly working with enshurance cases and do not bothering themselves with any more serious repairs. Happy by themselves.

Pleasant service, it would be nice if you also created the ability to repair rusty spots that come out from under the glass as a surprise. It was quite annoying to look for another repair shop that would do a little repair work in the meantime and then bring the car back to you.
